Job Description / Responsibility
- Demonstrate passion for developing and implementing improvements, and reliability cantered maintenance methodologies.
- Determines and plans and directs all the related maintenance activities.
- Improve all the existing machines capacity and buildings, manages the usage and monitors needed repairs to maintain the satisfaction of the production department.
- Designing maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods.
- Coordinates and directs day-to-day operations of the maintenance shop including determining needed repairs and improvements.
- Establishing project priorities and assigning work tasks·
- Scheduling work to meet Production needs most effectively.
- Supervises and directs the maintenance staff including Maintenance Workers and Specialists by providing training and development, monitoring, and evaluating work performance, interviewing, and hiring adequate staff and disciplining staff as necessary.
- Project planning and execution. Confers with engineers, Technicians, & other staff regarding maintenance projects such as progress reports, work evaluations and project details.
- Documents departmental activity through preparation of various reports, work orders, maintenance schedules and other incidental record keeping.
- Prepares, implements, and monitors departmental budget & expense management.
- Design and follow up implementation of the preventive maintenance programs.
- Develops and maintains inventory of spare and repair parts, materials, and tools.
- Plans, directs, and schedules various seasonal projects and ensures adequate supplies are stocked.
- Ensures all required training is administered to workers.
- Maintains a positive attitude with team/unit.
- ISO documentation and OSS Safety activities.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
